The project (gardenroom) took a little longer to complete because of a mistake in ordering the wrong windows. Once it was finally finished however, I could honestly say it met my expectations. It is a lovely space and I am happy with it.
The mess, however, was not handled at all well. I complained several times about it and the cleanup left much to be desired. It took a while to get my yard back to looking neat and orderly again. The main contractors in the main office were very courteous and understanding, it was one of their subcontractors with whom I had a problem. Overall, my experience was fairly good and I even hired them to do two other jobs, exterior painting and replacing my old patio cover with a new one.

Renovate or Repair a Home in 90041

Our family needed to remove a chimney on the verge of collapse. It goes right through the house which makes it potentially more complicated. Many of the contractors we interviewed quoted us $7,000 to $8,000, and advocated unconventional forms of demolition that would require a lot of cosmetic repair work. Tal from Mr Fix was the complete opposite. He gave us a quote of $1700 for a quick one day of work and he delivered beautifully! He's incredibly friendly and he won't lecture down to you, and his crew were all talented, friendly and efficient. The craftmanship was excellent and we couldn't have had a better experience! Call him!
