Phil and Lisa are two of the nicest, most honest, and extremely efficient business owners that I have ever come across. We were terrified when we realized that we had a rodent in our home, but after finding the service magic site and putting in all of my info, I clicked send and LITERALLY within 10 seconds Phillip called and was at my house checking out the situation that SAME DAY! Other people called, but Phil was by far the most competent and helpful and from the minute he and Lisa first stepped into our home, I knew the problem would be taken care of. They were upfront with all of the cost and told us EXACTLY what they were going to do!

I received a call with in 5 minutes of placing service request. I had two company's give me an estimate, however Medina sent it in writing. I was able to review the contract and make my decision quickly. The service was started 3 days later. All of my tenants were pleased with David's professionalism as was I. I have since decided to set up a monthly contract with Medina pest service. Excellent company!
