All aspects of the interaction were positive. They were polite, on time, and professional. The engineer seemed to be knowledgeable about the questions that were raised. They were fair in their pricing, with no unexpected charges. At this time, I am unable to judge the technical aspects of the report, but my sense is that it is accurate. I would recommend them.
