Professional, reasonable, prompt. The repairman was able to diagnose the problem with my 20 year old stackable Maytag over the phone ! When he arrive dand examined the electrical problem, he realized he had to replace a part but knew that finding one was not going to be possible given the age of the appliance; so he took the part back to his workshop, re-tooled it and returned in a couple of days to fix the machine--which is now working perfectly. Truly amazing. Anyone else would have said "Go buy a new washer/dryer."

Excellent service! Was in a bind to have my fridge repaired after hours and Lerman Appliances was able to show up as their 1st stop early the next morning. Reasonably priced and accommodating. Good people that I will call again for others repairs when needed. Will also recommend to others.
