RUN DON'T WALK TO THESE GUYS!!!! We had some water damage done to the ceilings of our historic 1924 home in Westchester. We received a quote from a " friend of a friend". And even though he seemed capable, his fee for the job was outrageous by anyone's standard. We interviewed 5 other Contractors. My Mother is sharp, 85 and it was upsetting to her. My mission was threefold: capable with historic properties, a crew that would understand my Mother's stress level and of course a fair fee. Mark Houle met our expectations and then some. His crew consisted of two bright and professional chaps who were very hands on and "did everything right".A*
